BigTwin Magazine

Bringing the Harley-Davidson Community together
Editorial Design · Art Direction · Print Production
Founded in 2006 for Sweden’s passionate Harley-Davidson community, celebrating custom motorcycles, unique builds, and the people behind them. From 2009 to 2012, I contributed to the magazine’s editorial development, visual identity, and print production as a graphic designer.
In 2010, the magazine reached a significant milestone, with reported sales increasing by 600% and production rising substantially. By helping bring readers’ stories and distinctive motorcycle builds to life through engaging editorial layouts, I contributed to a publication that attracted a broader Harley-Davidson audience and created opportunities for community-driven content.
My Role & Creative Contribution
Working closely with the publisher, writers, editor, and photographer, I transformed editorial content and photography into cohesive, visually engaging magazine spreads. I managed the final design stages, refined layouts and typography, prepared artwork for print, and coordinated the delivery of finished files to the printer.
My work connected storytelling with strong visual communication, ensuring each feature reflected the individuality of the motorcycles and the people who built them.

The Impact
BigTwin demonstrated the power of connecting a passionate audience with authentic stories. By presenting custom motorcycle culture through compelling editorial design, the magazine strengthened its appeal and supported its growth during a period of increased readership, sales, and production.
A publication built around passion, craftsmanship, and the stories behind every motorcycle.
My contribution: turning those stories into a distinctive print experience.
